Privacy Policy

Last updated: reflects the application as currently built.

What we collect

Team login accounts (name, email, hashed password), CRM records your company enters (client and site contact names, phone numbers, emails), and field-work records (job notes, photos, client sign-off signatures) that your engineers capture on site.

Why

To provide the service your company (the account holder) has signed up for — running your field-service operations.

Where it’s stored

In a Postgres database (hosted via Supabase, EU-West region) and served via Vercel. Both are sub-processors acting on our instructions.

Cookies

One strictly-necessary cookie for staying signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

Access & deletion

Your company’s admin can edit or remove most records directly in the app. For anything they can’t (e.g. full account deletion), contact your account admin or reach us directly.

Platform support access

Engineer Pro’s own platform administrators can, for support purposes, sign in to or suspend a company’s account. Every such action is logged and visible to that company’s admin under Settings.
